Can be used to hit target from miles away only by throwing a rock that the user has charged, causing it to "lock on" to the user's intended target. He achieves this by metabolizing a transdimensional particle that is channeled through his third eye. He is able to utilise this for a number of different methods: Homing Effect - can make any object automatically follow, home in and lock onto it's target or targets until it hits them. They can also use it for delivering or sending things or messages to another person. Bullet Manipulation - can direct the movement of the bullet in order to hit the target. GPS Manipulation - GPS can pin point a location by targeting it. Projectile Enhancement - make the thrown object accelerate to speeds greater than that which the user threw it with. Throw objects and cause them to follow a target. Imitate Flight by making one's body target another subject, then jumping. Cause bullets to home in on a target. Never lose cellular phone service by causing the out-going waves to lock onto, and enter the target phone, despite lack of service. Cause sunburn, or even (theoretically, though never proven) skin cancer, by charging the UV rays from the sun. Light foes on fire by charging a fire source, and causing the flames to follow the target, making a "homing flamethrower." Hit targets from vast distances by throwing mere pebbles or stones. By rapidly blinking he can form a "flash image" of an object allowing him to break down and interpret it's path/movement in real time at a much slower rate by controlling the path of the light being emitted by what he is seeing. This functionally enables him to view things moving much faster than the Human eye could see as if they were moving in slow motion.

Limitations: The most notable limitation of his Targetting is his sight. Any effects that blind him temporarily or permanently render him unable to use his power for the duration. He must be able to see a target in real time, either with his own eyes or through a remote viewing device e.g. a television in order to lock on to a Target. He is limited by what he calls his "absoloute zone" which is a radius around him of roughly 1 Mile in all directions; within this area he may freely and limitlessly employ his powers to manipulate an object; beyond this zone his Stamina rapidly drains and his optic nerve will decay and erode the longer he uses/exerts control of his powers with increasing severity the greater the distance over which he exerts his powers.

Born in Western Europe to a military family; Anduin spent his lift surrounded by weaponry, warfare and an iron discipline. It was little wonder then that he would go on to become a soldier as he aged taking to it with the assistance of his powers he became regarded as a highly elite sniper and one of the top Marksmen in the world wining numerous competitions despite derisive accusations regarding cheating. He eventually left government service to join a PMC group who operated in America hired to fight various Human gangs and rogue Grim groups. He has recently begun covert operations to track down and investigate a missing shipment of weapons headed to an arms dealer in Asia.

His human eyes appear white and blind. In the center of his forehead is an eye running vertically ending where his hair line would be. This third eye has a red sclera with no iris and a white pupil in the shape of a targeting reticle.

Due to being unable to carry more conventional weaponry he opts for carrying a set of six sharpened gaming Darts in a box on his belt and a deck of sharpened steel playing cards in a second box. When on deployment he uses a Dillon Aero M134D Minigun and a pair of  AMT Automag V pistols

Even without the use of his powers he is a World Champions marksmen trained in the use of over 200 firearms, ancient weaponry and improvised projectiles.

I'd just like to start off by saying that I apologize for taking so long to get to you xP Since the site is in 'beta' I'll help you work out your app though.

• Firstly, all characters need a face claim -whether it be an original image or otherwise. This should be placed in the little icon box, and if you need help cropping an image I can help.

• Under 'Orientation' you're supposed to put his sexual preference (whether he's heterosexual, bisexual, ect.)

• As far as the Grim Terrorist group mentioned, I believe you came up with it on your own as it wasn't mentioned in the information index. Groups can be made later on once the plot of the forum progresses, however for the time being if members would like to join an organization they can only join the canon groups that are specified in the information index. You can find details on the two available here. You also mentioned in his bio that he was held within a human commune, I don't understand why he would have been located there unless you mean to say that he was essentially 'enslaved' by humans in a commune of grim and broke free? Humans don't often associate with grim and they definitely wouldn't have one within their own territory, so this needs to either be elaborated or edited.

• You should keep in mind that carrying around weapons ESPECIALLY in grim territory is very much illegal. 'Experimental sonic weaponry' as you've specified would not exist in the society that the grim have built. While you may be able to find guns within the black markets of the human territories, weapons of greater technology than what we have today are not found anywhere, and it's highly unlikely that any human would be willing to sell a gun to a grim.

• I've read up on the Imperceptibility power, and though I'm willing to allow it I think that he should have a little more added to his limitations considering it is a bit OVERPOWERED. I recommend making him possess an Incomplete Imperceptibility, as perhaps to show that he can't entirely control it. The definition of such can be found here.

• Lastly, you've stated that he's been 'seen' on the Island. This cannot be so, as the Islands whereabouts are not disclosed to anyone other than a VERY very select few. The only way to travel there is through private access, and as he is 23 he isn't eligible for the first round of civilians that will take part in the 'experiment', so this needs to be edited.

Okay well I've been updating this frequently as new concepts reach me since you've not been around had no pressure to set in stone that said I'll set in stone a new concept.

I opted for allignment under Orientation since it seemed a little odd for character orientation to be a major part of the character sheet.

I haven't found a face claim yet that I want to use but am working on it.

The group I made as a background thing that would crystalise once I find others to join since neither existing organisation is suitable to the concept I had in mind.

H ewas raised in a Human Commune unaware of his racial designation partly due to being adopted from an Orphanage for children abandoned near battlefields and partly due to the nature of his power it wasn't obvious to him or anyone else he possessed it.

The weapon in it's own lore was designed by a technopathic Grim who had a power which enables him to produce such future tech

I opted initially for the complete power however am now reconsidering switching to a Human gun slinger/soldier. Equiped with an exoskeletal suit of armour (Think more a mechanical battery powered harness than Iron Man)and an arsenal of custom built weapons (less lasers more...I strapped a machinegun to a rocket launcher to a chainsaw).

His presence on the island was part of his mystique since his imperceptibility made him the ultimate spy he is hidden from everything and nothing is hidden from him.

• Orientation is just a part of the extra information, as it's not completely crucial it's still a part of the character info stuffs, so that will need to be changed to whatever sexuality your character is once you've decided regardless.

• It's alright if you don't want to join the groups that are currently in existence, but please refrain from making up ones on the spot just to fill in the bio. You could however say that he was apart of a small gang, as that is more acceptable than a 'large terrorist faction'.

• As far as all the tech you're describing, yes the setting is in the future but that doesn't mean that this world has sonic weapons and such. The human populations, those in the black market and law breakers, are known to modify 'old' technology so I can see them creating weapons from parts they might find in the junkyards and such; however, any human that possess a gun risks the chance of getting caught and sent to jail. Firearms are outlawed entirely no matter what race. Only guards and government officials are permitted to carry weapons, humans aren't allowed to enlist in the military and are only allowed to hold 'police/guard' positions in their own territories.

• I understand wanting to have some sort of mystery to your character. Though the Island is STRICTLY off limits to anyone that's not participating in the 'games'. No one enters or leaves the location without the government knowing about it.

• The power section looks okay, even though the ability has the opportunity to be a bit OP. Just keep in mind that other players don't appreciate it if you totally decimate their chara unless it's approved by them ^^" Otherwise I'll accept it for now. For the limitations, at the end you mention that

Does this mean that his power would essentially kill itself? Would he die? Would he go into some sort of coma, or shock? You should specify what could ultimately happen to him as an effect of his 'optic nerve' decaying/eroding.

• Since his ability has no use for weapons like guns, the military wouldn't give him the okay to own them still. So remove that from the app, as he wouldn't be permitted to have them considering -hes definitely his own weapon anyway lol. Not really a point of carrying around weapons that are virtually useless to him.

• Still need a Face claim before he's officially accepted.

Means that when he exerts his powers over the 1 Mile "safe" range his power will deplete since his power is related to his sight if he becomes blind temporarily or permanently then he loses the use of his power. So yea his power will kill itself and he'll lose his sight.

As thus:

2. Those guns are used when he's on active mission deployment as stated.

So he doesn't carry them normally only when acting as a soldier in a Warzone. Since his powers function using anything as a projectile he uses the listed items

As self defence items but in a war zone is given guns since they greatly increase his destructive/offensive power and render his ability more lethal.
